At 13 Not Out, we believe every girl deserves the chance to stay in school, reach her full potential, and thrive — both in the classroom and beyond.
We work across Uganda in partnership with local cricket academies to identify girls who are at risk of dropping out of education. Through sponsorship, mentoring, and the power of cricket, we help them stay in school, build confidence, and grow into the leaders of tomorrow.
Why cricket? We believe it’s the greatest game in the world — it’s accessible, inclusive, and packed with life lessons. On the pitch, girls learn teamwork, resilience, leadership, and self-belief — skills that serve them for life.
Our goal isn’t just to support these girls through school, but to empower them to become role models for others. As they grow, they mentor the next generation of girls entering the programme, creating a cycle of support, strength, and opportunity.
Together, we’re building a community where girls can stay in education, play the game they love, and become champions — on and off the field.
